It's a "10 plus 10"! - Whales HQ delivers induction in New South Wales.

Whales is delighted to welcome 10 new workers from Fiji to New South Wales, Australia. These individuals have joined our existing team of 10 members, further enriching our workforce, contributing their valuable skills and talents to one of our esteemed clients based in Yanco, NSW.

The induction program, led by our directors and senior managers, marked the beginning of an exciting journey for these new cohorts as they embarked on their professional endeavours in Australia.

We carefully planned the induction process to make sure our new workers are confident about their rights and responsibilities in their new workplace. The presentation successfully delivered principal standards in the Australian employment as well as the latest updates and changes in such legislations.

We aimed to provide them with the knowledge they need to navigate their jobs successfully while protecting their rights. At Whales, we value the importance of a strong foundation and are dedicated to ensuring that all employees know what they're entitled to and can autonomously speak up for their rights.

Through our well-structured onboarding framework, we have provided them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their new roles. Furthermore, we remain committed to supporting our workforce, ensuring their awareness of evolving workplace standards and offering them the best experience possible in Australia under the PALM scheme.

All events from Whales come with a range of confectionaries and refreshments to enjoy. It's literally "food for thoughts"!

Whales takes great pride in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. The addition of these 10 workers from Fiji not only enhances the skill fabric of our organisation but also brings in a fresh perspective for the next step. We recognise the immense value that

individuals from different backgrounds contribute to our collective success.

Although this induction was the initial step, Whales believes in continuous learning and growth. In line with the organisational value, we have planned information seminars throughout the year for all members within our organisation. These seminars will serve as platforms for our workers to stay updated on the latest changes in Australian workplace standards and regulations.

As we move forward, Whales looks forward to welcoming more talented individuals and building a brighter future together. We are confident that our initiatives, aimed at fostering a positive and empowering work environment, will enable our employees to reach new heights of success. With each induction, we strengthen our team and reinforce our commitment to providing exceptional performance.
